Tim Robertson

Throughout his 25+ years of hands-on, senior-level project and program management, Tim has developed a proven ability to initiate, manage, and deliver complex business & construction projects. Known as a “fixer,” Tim is the leader you call upon for high-value, critical path, or game changing projects. Tim rises to the challenge of bringing troubled projects back on schedule and in budget.

Tim’s knowledge of all aspects of project management makes him an effective client advocate and team leader – driving engagement and results – across cross-functional and third-party providers.

Suzanne Robertson

With 15+ years in project and operations management, Suzanne focuses on internal operations to keep Tim focused on successful project execution.

Kay Eudy

Kay plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of a construction project. From the project's inception to its final delivery, she collaborates closely with Tim, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and various stakeholders to help define clear objectives and milestones. Throughout the construction process, she facilitates effective communication, ensuring that everyone involved is informed about progress, challenges, and adjustments.
